Policies

  • The policies of Timeless Sage are subject to change without notification. Inquire in person or by telephone to confirm current policies at the time of your appointment booking.
  • You will receive a confirmation call for your appointment 48 hrs prior to appointment. Please let us know 48 hours before you cancel your appointment time. Please be courteous to others on or waiting list for appointment times. 
  • Please turn off all cell phones, pagers, smart phones, and other electronic distractions while at our facility. Thank you.
  • Guest are responsible for informing Timeless Sage of any treated or untreated medical conditions prior to receiving any service. Timeless Sage will not be liable for any medical condition that occurs as a result of information being withheld by guest. 
  • Timeless Sage reserves the right to stop a service or refuse service. 
  • We do understand lateness happens, however when we have another appointment your time will end as scheduled.

  • Special Promotions Policy-- Groupon, Living Social, Amazon Local, Google, AAA:

  • Your Voucher code must be given at time of reservation to hold that appointment time.

  • Policy for Cancellations and Rescheduling and No Show:

  • Cancellation & rescheduling within the 48 hour period of scheduled appointment. A non-refundable $10 fee is requested to reschedule your appointment. This fee is applied every time you must reschedule.

  • No Show appointment vouchers will be made void and redeemed as used.

  • We gladly accecpt Cash, Visa, Mastercard & Discover.
